Procedure
Many of our patients are able to claim reimbursement for chiropractic care through their health insurance. If you are considering making a claim, here's a simple guide to guide you through the process.

Check Your Coverage & Referral Requirements
Contact your insurance provider to confirm if your policy covers chiropractic care and find out if your insurance company requires a referral letter from a GP for chiropractic treatment or for any necessary x-rays or imaging.

Obtain a Referral Letter (If Needed)
If a referral is required, book an appointment with your GP to get a referral letter. Alternatively, let us know and we can refer you to a GP.

Attend Your Chiropractic Session
Come in for your treatment, after payment we will issue you with a receipt.

Submit Your Claim
Send your receipt to your insurance provider to process your claim for reimbursement.
Direct Billing for Selected Insurance Plans
At Vitality+ Chiropractic, we offer direct billing for selected plans under the following insurance programs. We always recommend checking with your insurance provider to confirm your insurance coverage and eligibility for direct billing.
